Women’s Golf Sits Seventh Through Day One Of MAAC Championship

La Buena Vista, Fla. – After Day One of the MAAC Championship, the University at Albany women’s golf sits seventh in the current standings. Junior Lisa Agoglia paces the Great Danes, landing tied for 27th with a first round 91 score through 18 holes.

Teammates Chaiwon Youn, Alana Calmi and Cassie Orlan round out the group placing 37th, 38th and 39th, respectively. The Great Danes tallied 12 pars for the course with Agoglia and Calmi each recording four pars apiece.

UAlbany will continue play at Disney’s Palm Golf Course on Saturday, April 27. Calmi will start things off for the Great Danes at 7:50 a.m.
