A violent felony rape reportedly occurred at Dutch Quad on Feb. 5, according to an incident report University Police Department released Friday.

Assistant chief of police Aran Mull said Sunday that the case is closed because the victim requested no criminal actions be filed and no further investigation be made.

Mull also said both the victim and suspect are non-students with no known affiliation with the university.

Two weeks ago, the initial short report listed the location of the incident as “Other, off-campus.”

The comprehensive report released Friday indicates the incident happened on Dutch Quad at approximately 3:30 a.m.

The victim reported she was at a party at a frat house when she met the suspect. UPD redacted the name of the street where the house was located.

She took an Uber with the suspect and two friends to one of the friends’ room at Dutch Quad. She reported that the two friends went into the room together and closed the door, leaving her alone with the suspect in a common area.

The suspect began to pull her hair and try to kiss her forcefully. At one point he choked her, the report read.

The suspect then reportedly dragged her into an unoccupied bedroom and forced her to give him oral sex.

After, the victim reportedly said the suspect ordered her to disrobe. Fearing for her safety she complied.

The report continued: the suspect then had sex with the victim by holding her on top of him and once finished, went to the bathroom and flushed the condom.

She then reports getting dressed and leaving the building with one of the friends she came to Dutch Quad with. At around 5 a.m., they got a ride from the victim’s mother to her home.

UPD received a call at 7:13 p.m. that day from Albany Memorial Hospital, where the victim was reporting the incident to Albany Police Department. An Albany County Crime Victims representative met with the victim earlier that day.

The comprehensive incident report contained a check mark on the box labeled “Alcohol?”, though the implications of this detail are still unclear.

The offenses listed in the comprehensive report are rape in the first degree, punishable by up to 25 years in prison, and criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor.

Update, Feb. 18: Added assistant chief of police Aran Mull’s comments.

It really mistifies me how women can support the leftist view of Islamic immigration when there is so much rape and gang rape in certain European countries. How many raped women become pregnant from the rape? How many married women with husbands and families, are raped and become pregnant from it, their homes and families turned into turmoil? How many have those pregnancies aborted? What would these leftist sympatisers do if they become pregnant through rape? It is against natural femininity to abort a life they carry. Are these women deviod of natural feeling in the same way the rapists; has humanity sank to such satanic depravity as to be worthy only of destruction by the Creator. The leader of Halal in Australia is openly reported of saying our women should be impregnated by Isamics; and escapes without prosecution. Our Federal leadership has left me speechless!
