Dining services gets a worldy visit
This past week found Global Chef Maira Eduardo prepared authentic Brazilian fare at both lunch and dinner in many of the dining halls.
She made her first appearance in the Campus Center for Whimsical Wednesday, a weekly sampling event, and finished with dinner at Alumni Quad Friday evening.
The Global Chef Program brings authentic international cuisine to campus through Soxedo. Look out for more wordly visitors this semester.
